Who we are

Brandpeel Academy is powered by Mangopeel Solutions. This policy explains what personal data we collect through this website, why we collect it and the choices you have. It is written with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 in mind.

What we collect

When you send the enquiry form, we collect:

  • Your name and phone number
  • Your email address, if you choose to give it
  • The course you're interested in and your enquiry type
  • Your message, if you write one
  • The page you came from, so our team knows where you found us

We also collect some technical data:

  • Anonymous, cookie-free visit statistics, through Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights
  • Your IP address when you send the form, which we use to block spam and abuse. It isn't stored with your enquiry

We do not use advertising cookies.

Why we collect it

We use your details to:

  • Respond to your enquiry
  • Arrange call backs and free trial classes
  • Share information about the course you asked about

We don't sell your data.

You give your consent by ticking the box on the enquiry form. You can withdraw it at any time by emailing brandpeelacademy@gmail.com.

Who processes it for us

We use a small number of service providers to run this website and handle enquiries:

  • Vercel, for website hosting and analytics
  • Resend, for email delivery
  • Google, whose Gmail service is the inbox where we receive enquiries

Your data may be processed outside India by these providers.

How long we keep it

We keep your data only as long as we need it to handle your enquiry and admission, or as required by law. Then it is deleted.

Your rights

You have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you
  • Correct it if it is wrong or incomplete
  • Ask us to delete it
  • Withdraw your consent
  • Raise a grievance about how we have handled your data

To use any of these rights, email us at brandpeelacademy@gmail.com. We'll respond within a reasonable time.

Grievance contact

If you have a concern about how we handle your data, please contact our Grievance Officer.

Children

If you're under 18, a parent or guardian should submit the enquiry for you.

Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your data. No method of sending or storing data is 100% secure, so we can't promise absolute security.
